This has just come in from a customer who bought one of our ex-display Xelos TV sets. The new Xelos now has internet connectivity so the pervious one just had to go. As I said in my IFA report (see latest news) often buying a TV that does everything is not the real requirement. Actually just buying a televising to watch, that is better than before, could be the best reason to buy. I am writing to say that I was very impressed with the picture quality of the Loewe 32SL television straight out of the box. It was very easy to set up with the Virgin Media V+ box. We watched the Earth flight programme on BBC HD and it was stunning. The TV also has better connectivity and does more than I was expecting. I am very pleased with my purchase, particularly at the price, and it was a pleasure to do business with you. I shall recommend your shop to my colleagues at work.

A note to say thank you so much for all your help and guidance in selecting and installing our new Loewe ART32 TV. Thanks also for the help in troubleshooting the digital retuning with our old XELOS 26 TV. It has been a pleasure to deal with a company that still provides 'old fashioned' personal service-something you can no longer find. We were really pleased with your approach as we did not feel pressurised at any point into buying the wrong product. Your help over the many months of our agonising decision making has been appreciated.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to anyone that is thinking of purchasing a TV. We will no doubt be back for more fancy techno bits and pieces soon to complement our purchase! The Loewe TV itself is spot on, the new mocha colour and design are fabulous and the build quality exceptional and certainly worth the investment. We are delighted with our 'new toy' and viewing has become a pleasure with such quality and clarity of vision and with all the exciting options that are available. I keep finding 'new' shortcuts and menus everyday, and as I say it is an exciting experience to see what we have available.
The built in satellite receiver is excellent with two free view HD channels for independent stations working as are several feeds for sport. I have been able to put a high frequency splitter on the satellite wall socket so I am able to watch the Sat Free and Sky without changing cables and no further installation from Sky!
The speaker system is also wonderful and when we watched the Harry Potter film the other night the snake was definitely behind my chair!
Once again many thanks for you help and advice and you hard work in installation. The whole set up is first class. I can heartily recommend your services and the LOEWE system. It really is the Apple Mac of TVs. GH, Ashby-de-la-Zouch

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the work you completed last week. We now have an amazing home cinema system. Your advice regarding equipment was spot on and the quality of installation was second to none.
As you have advised there is far more to defining value than internet pricing. Your guidance, support, responsiveness to queries and seemingly endless patience has been superb. The thought and detail that went into design of the installation as well quality of installation itself was excellent.
We have had great value and I could not be more pleased. From such a pedantic client (me!) that is praise indeed.

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for the supply and installation of our TV and all the associated works. It was a pleasure doing business with you, and we were particularly impressed with three of the elements involved;
• You were the only company who listened and HEARD what we were looking for. Your advice on how to achieve what we required was well thought out and well planned.
• You were able to pre install all the cabling required and showed immense patience in ensuring you got it how we wanted it. The installation was well planned and carried out exactly as stated.
• Your support since installation has been excellent, nothing too much trouble, very patient and determined to ensure we were 100% happy with the results.
• The IT support from your support company Enlinea was also superb.
• The equipment supplied, Loewe TV, Sound bar with Bass unit, Blue Ray player, and the Humax Sat box have all proved to be superb quality. We are absolutely delighted with them.
• I guess it is the small things totalled together that make all the difference, ensuring we could use all the equipment from one remote control being one example, checking out how to get our TV to communicate with the computer.

I just wanted to express our appreciation for the quality of service you provided when installing our new V35 system yesterday.
We expected to be impressed by the quality of the Bose system, but this was matched by your clear sense of pride in making sure that components were installed to a very high standard, and then took time to explain how to get the best out of the system (taking account of our local context). This "extra mile" was valued by us and added to our confidence in being up and running and able to navigate our way around.
You might like to know that we sat down, for the first time in a few weeks, and watched a couple of DVDs last night - just to chill out and the quality of our new equipment shone through.

We are extremely happy with the end result, it is certainly top of the range in terms of picture quality, sound, and achieves everything we envisaged when we first met earlier in the year. After your call yesterday, and the guidance you gave me, I have made a thorough check of my TV set up and found a number of setting incorrect.
The humax box and the TV are now talking to each other.
