FM is still very much here, even though the government has suggested turning it off in 2015. DAB is available widely in Leicester and offers a huge choice of stations and content. 

With both formats (DAB or FM) a roof aerial always makes a positive difference. Where as most small radios do what they say on their boxes for example portable radio - will work off its own aerial, large or Hifi radios tend to need a roof aerial even when they come with a plug in aerial.
